This is a doc in Seattle who does a good breakdown of diet and exercise that’s pretty straightforward and easy to understand. The videos are pretty short and have a good bang for the buck. I’ve been doing both the low carb approach to diet and just started trying the High Intensity Interval Training for my weight lifting. It kicks my ass but that’s a good thing- right?
As with all things, your mileage may vary.
